Qualifications
- A bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Management or 10 years of experience in the construction industry, including five years in a leadership capacity
- Working knowledge of various construction disciplines and safety regulations
- Understanding of cost management processes, planning, and scheduling
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage division sales, profitability, cash flow, and business goals
- Develop high-performing teams and match responsibilities with team capabilities
- Measure effectiveness of processes and drive sales and operations
Education
A bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Management or equivalent experience
Working Hours
45-50 hours per week
