Seeking a highly motivated Project Superintendent to oversee construction operations, ensure on-time completion, and promote collaboration across trades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- 8 years of construction experience
- Proficient knowledge of building codes and compliance requirements
Responsibilities
- Act as primary liaison between architects and trade contractors for all construction activities
- Manage project's safety and compliance with all standards
- Oversee project activities and workforce requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field is required for this job.
