Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related discipline preferred
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience
- 2 years of administrative or supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate facilities maintenance activities
- Identify opportunities for facility improvements
- Coordinate maintenance activities with other divisions and contractors
