Exciting opportunity for a System and Network Administrator to join TeamLogic IT in Dallas. Manage client computer and network systems, provide end user support, and design innovative IT solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Managed Service Provider environment
- Experience with RMM tools and ticketing systems
- Strong communication and project management skills
Responsibilities
- Manage network systems and troubleshoot issues
- Design and implement new IT solutions for clients
- Consult with clients on hardware/software solutions
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
Working Hours
9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
