Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- CompTIA A+ certification
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person consultations and troubleshooting to customers
- Recommend various service solutions
- Identify and document hardware failure(s) or software problems
Education
High School diploma or equivalent with one-year related computer service repair or technical customer service experience strongly preferred
Working Hours
Shifts include hours after and after the store is open to the public and may also include mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
