Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in managing Mac devices
- Expertise with Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager
- Certification in Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Apple Certified IT Professional (ACITP) preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and implement standard configurations for Mac devices
- Deploy and manage Mac devices using Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager
- Maintain accurate records of all Mac devices, including hardware and software inventories
