Qualifications
- USA Swimming Coaches Certification
- Strong communication skills
- Season/workout planning
Responsibilities
- Prepare and lead swim practices
- Develop athlete recruitment and retention plans
- Communicate with parents and staff
Education
Current/valid American Red Cross Lifeguard certification
Working Hours
Part-time, 20+ hours a week, including weekend meets
