Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Geriatric Team providing consultation and direct services to older adults in long term care facilities.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health
- Licensure as LMHC, LCSW or actively working towards licensure in Massachusetts
- Ability to perform diagnostic and risk assessments
Responsibilities
- Provides diagnostic evaluations and psychotherapeutic treatment services
- Participates in interdisciplinary diagnostic treatment and planning conferences
- Maintains client records and administrative records
Working Hours
Monday - Friday, Flexible hours
