Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field
- Licensed in NJ as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience
- Previous supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to therapists and support staff
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
- Assist in program management and administrative duties
