Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ABA-based support plans
- Coach parents in managing behaviors and improving relationships
- Work directly with clients to decrease inappropriate behaviors and increase skills
