Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field
- State licensure as Mental Health Counselor, LPC, LCSW, or Psychologist
- Experience in providing outpatient therapy for mental health and substance use
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and strong clinical assessment skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and crisis intervention skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and substance use concerns
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities
- Collaborate with clients to develop treatment goals and plans
- Maintain accurate clinical records and progress reports
- Work closely with other members of the treatment team
