Qualifications
- Valid AZ Board of Behavioral Health License
- Master's Degree in Counseling
- Working knowledge of DSM-V
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 counseling related to substance abuse
- Participate in team treatment planning
- Maintain valid Arizona license
Education
Master's Degree in Counseling, Substance Abuse Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy
