Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
- Full Michigan licensure within field of practice
- Experience working with adults with mental illness and developmental disabilities
Responsibilities
- Develop treatment and recovery plans
- Provide outreach services in homes and community
- Monitor mental and physical health status
