Help improve the skills of individuals receiving inpatient crisis stabilization services through the provision of structured recreational and socialization activities in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Art, or Human Services field
- Experience with the mental health population preferred
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and conduct therapeutic educational groups
- Design activities and events to motivate learning and provide entertainment
- Manage and administer the Token Economy program
