Description
Looking for a Clinical Performance Manager to lead clinical performance initiatives, optimize workflows, and drive performance improvement projects across the DR&A division in a fast-growing addiction treatment services organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Addiction Counseling, or related field
- Independent Clinical License
- Experience treating individuals with substance use disorder preferred
Responsibilities
- Assure compliance with state/federal laws and payor standards
- Monitor clinical records for quality and accuracy
- Develop training material for staff
