Exciting opportunity for a Clinical Director overseeing residential and therapeutic day services for youth. Must have supervisory and clinical experience with a focus on trauma-informed care.
Qualifications
- Master's degree
- LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or other clinical license
- 1 year supervisory experience
- 5 years clinical experience with youth in out-of-home care
- familiarity with trauma-informed care
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care to youth in residential group homes
- Supervise staff and conduct training
- Implement and maintain agency policies
