Description
Lead the way in providing therapeutic counseling and discharge planning for patients and their families at Tenet Health. Coordinate treatment planning and ensure referrals are made appropriately.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in social work, mental health, psychology or related field required
- 2 years psychiatric experience with Adults, Geriatric or Chemical Dependency/Dual Diagnosed patients
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and act as a clinical resource for programmatic interventions
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy
- Coordinate treatment planning and provide therapeutic counseling and discharge planning
Education
Master's Degree in social work, mental health, psychology or related field required.
