Description
Lead a team in client treatment and programming, supervise staff, plan therapy sessions, and maintain client records.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Valid Independent Ohio Social Work or Professional Clinical Counselor license
- Strong clinical skills in juvenile justice, crisis intervention, DBT/CBT, and substance abuse treatment
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individual treatment plans
- Lead residential review meetings and clinical rounds
- Provide 24-hour emergency crisis management
Education
Minimum Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling
Working Hours
Full-time hours, occasional weekends
