Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 2 years of case management experience
- fluency in Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide support to caseload
- Develop client-centered service plans
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary partners
Education
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or related field
Working Hours
Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM
