Looking for a Janitorial Supervisor to oversee and train staff on cleaning tasks, must have 3+ years of experience, be detail-oriented, and work independently.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of janitorial supervisory experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to show judgment and to work independently
- High integrity required
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train the work of the janitorial staff in the building
- Designate shift and area work assignments
- Inspect the jobsite regularly to identify any quality concerns or project work needed
