Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of proper waste disposal procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Collect and remove trash and waste materials from residential properties
- Follow proper disposal procedures and regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of trash removal equipment and tools
- Communicate effectively with account managers and dispatchers
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Work efficiently and independently to complete assigned tasks
- Assist in other maintenance tasks as needed
