Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- MS Office and MS Project experience
- Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline planning projects or large, routine projects
- Coordinate workload throughout entire project development
- Lead the development of Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) packages
