Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the state of New Jersey
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in diverse and challenging land surveying projects
- Proficient in utilizing surveying instruments, GPS technology, and CAD software
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Responsibilities
- Spearhead topographic surveys, boundary/ALTA surveys, ROW determination, utility location surveys
- Lead hydrographic bathymetric surveys and aerial survey control
- Execute high-precision facility surveys and high-order geodetic control surveys
- Collaborate with project managers and interdisciplinary teams
- Drive innovation by participating in GIS data acquisition, 3D laser scanning, and 3D GPS machine control
- Uphold compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and project-specific requirements
- Contribute to the evolution of surveying methodologies and best practices
Education
Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field
