Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Professional Engineer registration in Texas
- Experience in developing engineering deliverables
- Knowledge of local codes and utility regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Civil 3D software and MS Office
Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractors and project cost
- Coordinate with project team personnel
- Prepare work plans, feasibility studies, reports, and cost estimates
- Lead proposal preparation efforts
- Participate in technical and sales presentations to clients
