Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in civil engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of California
- Expert in AutoCad / Civil 3D
- 2-6 years experience in Land Development
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in all aspects from the beginning to the end of the land development process
- Preparation of on-site private grading, storm drain, utility plans, earthwork estimates, and construction quantity estimates
- Process plans through respective governmental agencies
- Client and project team communication and coordination
- Preparation of public street, storm drain, sewer, water street lighting, signing and striping improvement plans
