Qualifications
- High School and/or specialized training
- Experience in using electromagnetic and geophysical designating technologies
Responsibilities
- Obtain a clear understanding of ASCE 38-02 standards
- Provide underground utility flagging with proficiency
- Designate all utility line types of conductive or non-conductive materials
