Exciting opportunity to join Supportive Services for Veteran Families Program as a Case Manager at The Salvation Army. Provide essential services to veterans and their families.
Qualifications
  • Associates degree
  • Bachelor’s degree in human services preferred
  • Experience with word processing and data entry
Responsibilities
  • Provide support and crisis intervention
  • Develop individualized service plans
  • Conduct home visits and housing inspections
Education
Associates degree with up to 2 years of transferrable skills and experience preferred.
Working Hours
Full-time, 5-day per week, Non-Exempt/Hourly position
