Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field
- 2 years serving homeless or at-risk individuals
Responsibilities
- Identifying landlords for Rapid Re-Housing program
- Assisting families in locating suitable housing
- Maintaining housing stock database
Education
A bachelor’s degree in social work or related field is required for this job
Working Hours
Flexible work schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
