Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in daycare or early childhood education
- Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment
- Proficient in using educational technology and classroom management tools
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
- Pass a background check
