Engage with and manage Club Members in program spaces, ensuring a Safe, Positive, and Fun environment. Collaborate with other staff to plan for, structure, and maintain an Optimal Club Experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- College coursework in child-related course preferred
- Experience in out-of-school programming preferred
Responsibilities
- Support programs, activities, and services
- Create a Club environment that facilitates Positive Youth Development
- Ensure a healthy and safe environment for all Club Members
