Summer Leadership Staff at Frost Valley YMCA assists in day-to-day camp programming, mentors counselors, and maintains staff morale.
Qualifications
- Experience working with youth & teens in an outdoor setting
- Ability to work long hours under stress
- Strong leader with excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist Directors in carrying out assigned tasks
- Supervise and care for campers
- Design and implement programming for campers
Working Hours
Be an active member of a small community, including, but not limited to, taking on delegated responsibilities and helping to maintain the physical, emotional and mental health of each team member.
