Qualifications
- Previous dishwasher or kitchen steward experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment and tools
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift and carry up to 40 lbs
Responsibilities
- Load, run, and unload the dishwasher efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwasher area and kitchen floors
- Assist with deliveries and basic food preparation tasks
- Collaborate with kitchen team members
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
