Qualifications
  • Prior Executive Chef experience (no less than 5 years) in a luxury hotel/resort
  • Internationally versed and multi-venue experience
  • Solid knowledge of Food & Beverage Service and Culinary operations
Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and management for the Resort's culinary department
  • Support the goals of the Director of F&B
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and lasting dining impressions
Education
College degree specializing in hotel/restaurant management, culinary arts, or business administration
Working Hours
Flexible schedule, ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
