Qualifications
- Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to use kitchen appliances and equipment
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Responsibilities
- Open the bakery and prepare for the day ahead
- Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas
- Bake a variety of breads, cakes, and pastries etc.
- Prepare custom orders
- Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary
