Description
Join the largest cruise line in the U.S.! Looking for Lead Line Cooks for the 2025 season. Assist in all aspects of food preparation and service onboard.
Qualifications
- 4 years' experience at a full-service restaurant
- Strong organizational skills
- ServSafe certified
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve all food items on menu
- Control inventory to minimize food waste
- Maintain food safety and sanitation policies
Education
Preferred Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel & Restaurant Management
Working Hours
7 days per week while onboard the ship, 6 weeks working and living onboard with 2 weeks unpaid vacation
