Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year previous experience in a back-of-the-house foodservice position preferred
- Participation in a culinary program is preferred
- ServSafe certification is preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets and recipes
- Basic math skills
Responsibilities
- Executes customer orders quickly and efficiently providing consistently excellent quality in all meals served
- Properly measures and portions all food items according to standards
- Complies with all rules, policies and procedures
