- Expertise in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating human resources programs
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing compensation and pay for performance programs
- Experience in job analysis and evaluation, with expertise in making Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) exemption determinations
- Knowledge of existing laws and regulations pertaining to federal compensation and classification programs
- Strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence in CFSAN scientific areas
