Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English
- Advanced knowledge of financial products
- Experience with SQL and UNIX/LINUX is a plus
Responsibilities
- Daily routine servicing business user inquiry and production issues
- Acts as a business analyst with technical expertise
- Oversee end-to-end delivery against a portfolio of programs
Education
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
Working Hours
9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
