Qualifications
- 3+ years of capturing, validating, and refining business requirements for systems design and development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working within Agile software development environment
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and the development team
- Produce supporting documentation including requirements, flow charts, technical and training documents
- Provide end-user support including training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
