Lead the charge in revolutionizing global production planning and optimization for a major player in the electronics industry!
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related STEM field
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, scheduling, or related roles within manufacturing
- Expert-level knowledge of Master Production Scheduling and Supply Planning
- Experience with MRP systems and Power BI
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transformational environment
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) processes
- Drive strategic inventory management for metals and reclaim materials across global sites
- Collaborate with global supply chain and engineering teams to optimize powder sourcing and production footprint
- Implement and oversee Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
- Lead weekly schedule adherence meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives
