Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Technology or Engineering
- 7-10 years' Experience in sourcing, preferably in marketing categories
- Extensive experience managing Business Requirements, Project Plans, Project Schedules, and associated project materials in a mid to large-size company
- Negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Marketing procurement best practices, trends, marketplace, and tools
Responsibilities
- Competitively source Marketing services spend
- Draft, negotiate, and execute contractual documents
- Develop and implement sustainable strategies for assigned vendors/categories
- Evaluate current market conditions
- Support the evolution of supplier management
- Cultivate collaborative relationships with business owners and strategic suppliers
- Drive the development and negotiations of complex agreements
- Summarize and present business cases and agreements for executive review
Education
