Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper
- Experienced knowledge of Excel and quick books
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Processing and accurately Invoicing & Payments
- Maintaining detailed records of payments and account statuses using Quick Books
- Sending reminders regarding overdue payments
- Researching any account discrepancies and taking appropriate action for resolution
- Communicating with clients regarding the payments on their accounts
