Qualifications
- 3-5 years responsible accounting and bookkeeping experience including tax preparation, payroll, general ledger, and financial reports
- Positive and upbeat personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Responsibilities
- Maintain client general ledger for both cash and accrual basis
- Prepare appropriate schedules and reports for clients and supervisors
- Reconcile cash and credit card accounts, generate 1099's and W-2's
