Qualifications
- 2 or more years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a management accountant
- exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
- well-versed in general accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- worked with QuickBooks and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Responsibilities
- Complete bookkeeping duties: Data entry and record maintenance
- Manage payroll duties to ensure employees are paid on time
- Ensure transactions are recorded properly in all ledgers
- Make sure accounts payable/accounts receivable are processed efficiently
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Education
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
