Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or similar discipline preferred
- 10+ years of relevant science management in drug discovery or a high-throughput commercial laboratory environment
Responsibilities
- Establish priorities for the use of staff and equipment resources in growing our lab and performing the Company's R&D, biotechnology development and lab automation projects
- Provide guidance, leadership and management to direct reports
- Contribute to scientific solutions for difficult assays
