Qualifications
- Active PLS license in Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in land surveying
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the survey division
- Perform boundary checks, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, and review survey plans
- Prepare proposals, manage client communications, and contribute to business development efforts
