- 5 years leadership experience in Talent Management or HR

- Lead strategic initiatives in recruitment, selection, induction, deployment, and performance management of all employees
- Develop written processes for Talent Management functions
- Provide guidance and support for teacher and leader effectiveness
Education
Masters Degree preferred in Educational Administration, Human Resources, Business, Labor Relations, or closely related field
