Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Communications, Human Relations, or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal skills including public speaking.
- Professional experience in higher education.
- Proven ability to prioritize and organize.
- Ability to work with a diverse population and within a team structure.
- Valid Florida driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Meet individually with prospective students and provide accurate pre-admissions advising.
- Prepare and manage admissions information from applicants through the WebAdmit application systems.
- Schedule and manage interview days, including communication with applicants and interviewees.
- Assist with the implementation of the departmental recruitment plan.
- Develop relationships with advisors, faculty, and administrators at other educational institutions.
