Description
Looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee secretarial, clerical, and administrative duties at CER-MET INC. Must be highly organized with excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- 2 years experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferred
- 5+ years Sage Accounting Software experience
- High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred
- Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate payroll and employee documents
- Review vendor invoices for accuracy
- Produce invoices to customers
- Organize and file important documents
- Maintain safety training records
- Assist in procurement of materials and supplies
- Prepare project proposals and estimates
- Track project milestones and profitability
- Handle accounts receivable and resolve disputes
- Demonstrate effective teamwork and cooperation
Education
High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred
Working Hours
9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
