Description
Looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee secretarial, clerical, and administrative duties at CER-MET INC. Must be highly organized with excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
  • 2 years experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferred
  • 5+ years Sage Accounting Software experience
  • High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred
  • Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate payroll and employee documents
  • Review vendor invoices for accuracy
  • Produce invoices to customers
  • Organize and file important documents
  • Maintain safety training records
  • Assist in procurement of materials and supplies
  • Prepare project proposals and estimates
  • Track project milestones and profitability
  • Handle accounts receivable and resolve disputes
  • Demonstrate effective teamwork and cooperation
Education
High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred
Working Hours
9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
