Qualifications
- 10+ years recent experience as a CFO or VP Finance in high-tech environment
- 5+ years Finance management experience in SaaS company
- M&A and venture financing experience
- Thorough understanding of Internal and External Reporting requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide insight on key strategic decisions
- Explore new opportunities for market expansion
- Oversee all accounting activities and ensure GAAP compliance
Education
Baccalaureate degree in Business, Finance, Economics or relevant. MBA and/or CPA desired.
